What is Cashback?
Many 2U phone offers come with cashback and line rental discounts.
The specific terms for each offer are linked on the order pages. The general idea is that you send in (usually) your 6th and 12th months full bill
within 28 days of receipt in order to claim your cashback.
You pay the normal full line rental then get cashback to the value of the reduced line rental where stated.
How to remember:
We recommend you use your new phone's calendar (which most phones have) to set an alarm for each date that you need to send in the bills.
Then use Special Delivery or Recorded post to make sure the details get to us properly.
